Called Chris in January 2016 because my montly reporting was not being received by my comoputer. Since than I called almost 3 time per month for the last 15 months and still haven’t gotten a response. My Electrical bill are still high ….he said that I was supposed to havae 75% reduction….maybe its 15 to 20%. Still this person does not provide any courteous service. I don’t eve3n know if hes still in business. I just don’t know where to look for help.
