Applied for upstairs unit on Landlord provided application. Application accepted with disclosure of 1 Cat for pet. Fulfilled term of Lease, vacated early RUN! Deposit received with $250 short including letter stating had unauthorized domestic animal (cat). Landlord aware of cat — downstairs neighbor nasty, mice — NASTY H*! Landlord verified where my cat was being fed (off of the floor in bathroom), where I stored her food (refrigerator), steel wool placed around plumbing (barrier from downstairs) by an exterminator, no more mice after that. Landlord totally aware of the cat! Landlord’s child loves the kitty, Landlord aware of the cat! SHADY LANDLORD! Many other issues involving other tenants — WARNING — LOUD SEX! WARNING — DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (slamming and pounding fits), tenant dog crapping on rooftop of 1st floor ceiling (adjacent to Unit ‘s kitchen winndow, Parking roulette games are constant “alley-cats”, nosy nextdoor neighbors playing in the trashcans. I do not think this property would pass a fire code check, bare wires along with dangling heat register unit, non-operative windows — ALL of them and only 1 entrance/exit for upstairs unit. I do not consider this a property that is safe, clean or well-loved (too bad it is on the historical touring list in Denver. Shame on you Adam and Karen!
