Academic Evaluation Services Review

Okay,so oh yes i will list their names,de la rosa, angela acosta,dr nunes or what ever they call their owner, but anyway they seized my transcript because i dont want to waste my money to send a scratch card for authentication which i told her on phone that i would love to cancel and the so called ms de la rosa said within a week it would be cancelled, anyways i got a message saying i can not have a refund ,i felt extremely bad ,they never cared,i had hot tempered issue and insultred them through email, yes i did,am trying to be honest ,anyway they still did not care about refunding back my money ,then they took advantage of the fact am in georgia and i cant visit them in their office so the same person disguise herself to even being the owner of the company and said she will return my certificate back because it can not be proven original, anyway i am pissed off because i used same certificate to school in the united states and they are going to hold it captive and they didnt even make an evaluation, the non refund was suppose to be if they had already made an application, therefore i am so pissed off to ill the extent that i would break a rock,i need my money and transcript back, please help the helpless.
