AbeBooks Colorado

Complaint: I ordered a book June 28th, was charged $128 and change for the purchase, it is now July 24 and I don’t have the book. It was promised to arrive on July 18. I requested a refund on July 20th, I was told in an email that I should wait 14 business days from the point of order and the customer service person sent me a USPS tracking number. When I pulled up the tracking number it stated “USPS Awaiting Package””. So it hadn’t shipped

Phone: I was sent a response with another traacking number and they had just shipped it after I requested a refund. I was also told in the chain of emails that it had shipped June 30. Not true

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on Beware.org, it is strongly advised to avoid AbeBooks Colorado in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from AbeBooks Colorado. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike Beware.org, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
AbeBooks Colorado is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
