Complaint: Chatowners dont deal with 123Flash Top CMM software corp. when they got the money they dont care about you as a customer anymore. allwelcomechat has been running good for two years on a 123 flash stand alone program.The program suddenly stopped, we have tryed everything to get hold of them, supmitted many tickets to their helpdesk, mails, facebook site,and skype no respond.We called all the phone numbers listed on their website 3 numbers from US, UK and Hong Kong no answer. We asked sales if they would do a reinstall $99 no respond. i dont think the chinese have a word for service yet, so for us Made in China sucks.We have our own server (bluehost) and are not hosted by 123 flash, so where is our license and our program. We thought we bought a product and owned it, i wonder why they have closed us down, loosing our users,our chat and our business, they named the price and we paid nothing was said about a 2 year deal. Still wonder if its legal to take money for something they just can take away when ever the feel like it. there was no time limit when the deal was made.
